Objective:
• The primary objective of the Houses Committee is to ensure that all of the houses that are provided for the clergy in the diocese are of good standard.
• Monitoring the state of repair of all houses.
• Carrying out repairs and improvements where they are either necessary or desirable.
• Ensuring that the Quinquennial Inspection Reports are fulfilled and that works are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Payment of Council Tax, Water Rates.
• Managing all of the above, on behalf of the Diocesan Board of Finance within a yearly-allocated budget.
