Transport permits
If you take a group out using a bus or mini-bus (hired or otherwise) with your own driver, you may be breaking the law if you do not have a permit under section 19 or 22 of the Department of Transport Permit System. If you don't provide the driver and are using a coach company or similar who do, they should hold a permit (check that they do). The relevant information can be downloaded from the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency here:
