COMMUNITY CARE COORDINATOR
An new opportunity has arisen to work as a Community Care Coordinator at the
Emmanuel Group of Churches, Northampton

The Emmanuel Group of Churches has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Community Care Coordinator (Full time, minimum 30 hours).
The new post funded by the Peterborough Diocesan Mission Fund will form part of the Emmanuel Group of Churches vision to have a Community Care Centre based within the Emmanuel Church Centre, Weston Favell Centre, Northampton
The post holder will work within the church and community setting, to encourage engagement through support groups or be able to signpost individuals to statutory or supporting agencies as required.
The church is looking to appoint a person with previous experience in a similar role, who would be able to develop the existing work but also with an ability to create new initiatives and opportunities both within church and non-church groups.
The ability to drive and have use of a car is essential.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Salary: The person appointed will be employed flexibly for 30 to 37 hours per week and will be paid £23,500 per annum (pro rata)

Part-time Administrator, St Peter & St Paul with St Michael & All Angels, Kettering
We are looking for a self-motivated and well-organised homeworker with excellent 'people' skills to provide general administrative support, maintain & oversee our communications and manage & grow our lettings business. Good communication & people skills & basic IT skills are essential.
The Administrator will work closely with the clergy, staff and officers of this Church of England parish with two churches in the heart of Kettering; and alongside volunteers from both churches.

Part-time Family Worker, St Mark’s Church, Wellingborough
St Mark’s Church would like to employ a Family Worker for 6 hours per week to set up a second Buggy Club session on Thursday afternoons. The new worker will work in partnership with the lay pastoral minister who leads the existing Buggy Club. The person appointed will also develop links with health visitors and school liaison family workers. There will be scope for the worker to signpost parents and carers towards pastoral, social or spiritual support according to need. The person appointed will be able to work independently as well as part of the wider St Mark’s team.
The closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday 17 February. Interviews will be on Monday 6 March in the afternoon with a start date to be negotiated as soon as possible after that.
