Do you need an ARC (a reflective conversation)?
This is an opportunity for anyone – ordained or lay - to have an informal, confidential discussion with Richard Stainer, Liz Holdsworth or both, on situations or issues relating to conflict or difficulties within working relationships. This is not counselling but offers sounding board and help to explore possible ways forward. ARC details.
