Resilience (Half Day Course)

The challenges of church leadership can make it difficult to sustain personal wellbeing. This half day is designed to cultivate resilience and to help support a healthy work-life balance. You will be helped to develop strategies to manage and reduce stress, and to develop a personal resilience plan.

Speaker: Cognacity are experts in mental wellbeing. They are a highly experienced team
who apply medical and scientific expertise to help clergy improve their psychological resilience and wellbeing. They have worked with many dioceses throughout England.
