Set in the heart of England in South Northamptonshire this well established benefice embraces 5 villages and a hamlet. The parishes work well together and now seek a priest who is eager to think innovatively and who will energise her/his flock in new growth and fellowship. The PCCs in their turn are eager to play their part. Opportunities include engagement with, and support of the primary school in Chipping Warden and a continuing active participation in the life of Culworth VA Primary School. The visibility of the priest in each of these communities is a key aspect of rural ministry. It is even suggested that the new incumbent may like to join the group of volunteers who assist at the Sulgrave co-operative village shop!

The historic and growing town of Towcester in South Northamptonshire is surrounded by beautiful rural villages. This developing benefice, with a diversity of worship, wishes to forge closer links between its parishes and move forward together. Working with an assistant priest and licensed lay ministers, the incumbent is supported by centralised administration based in Towcester where the 17th Century 4 bedroom vicarage is also situated. The PCCs ask for a priest who will have a clear vision to help them form the next phase of their development. We also seek a priest who will
• continue the workplace chaplaincy established at the South Northants Council Offices
• have the appropriate gifts to act as a training incumbent.

The Benefice of Potterspury with Furtho & Yardley Gobion, with Cosgrove & Wicken
The villages of this benefice are set in the Northamptonshire countryside, 15 minutes drive from Milton Keynes. Furtho Church is closed for regular public worship. The pattern of worship in the benefice aims to provide a variety of opportunities and choice of liturgy There are primary schools in Cosgrove and Potterspury and a CEVC Primary School in Yardley Gobion with close links to the church. The PCCs ask for a priest with good communication skills who:
• will foster positive links with all the primary schools
• can encourage, energize and support the Licensed Lay Ministers
• will actively support ecumenical initiatives
• can work in partnership with the parishes to develop a vibrant benefice with an agreed vision for the future.

We seek a priest with a passion for and some experience of children’s and young people’s work to share this exciting opportunity within a team of 4 ministers including a retired priest and a Minister in Secular Employment. We offer:

• Regular worship opportunities across all our 8 communities
• A committed Lay Team including a Children’s Worker
This recently formed Benefice of 8 churches enjoys a rich history of positive faith-filled worship and we now seek a further priest to share in our plans for the future. We are currently re-ordering one of our churches, Spratton, to provide a coffee shop and specific children’s area. The person appointed will be integral to these exciting plans.

Hope into Action Female Project Worker (Peterborough)
25 hours per week, salary: £11,245.
Hope into Action is a charity set up to work with churches to house the vulnerable. They are working in partnership with 3 churches to run a female house for vulnerable women and seek a Female Project Worker to: pray for and be a strong Christian witness to the clients and church; support and lead the client on a journey from referral to exit following agreed procedures, needs assessments, support plans etc; liaise with, advise and support the local church to provide prayer, community, and mentoring/discipleship to the house clients; ensure, in liaison with the church, the management, furnishing and maintenance of the house.
