Associate Vicar of the Benefice of Oundle with Ashton, Benefield and Glapthorn

An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic team player to share in the strategic leadership and development of our ministry in the market town of Oundle and the neighbouring villages. We are prayerfully exploring what the shape of ministry might be called to look like, as we emerge from the immediate results of the current pandemic.

We are a benefice committed to growth, both in numbers and discipleship, and would be keen to have a conversation with you if you have gifts to employ in one or more of the following areas of ministry:

Young adults, families, children and young people

Evangelism and discipleship

Online Christian presence

You will need to:

  • Be motivated by love of Jesus and expectant of the Spirit’s work;

  • Be a compelling preacher and teacher rooted in scripture;

  • Have a passion for mission and growth;

  • Be excited about discipling new Christians

Enhanced DBS Disclosure will be required.
