Director of Mission and Team Leader, Mission and Development

Following the retirement of (Lay Canon) Liz Holdsworth, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring missioner/evangelist/mission enabler to:

  • support parishes in their mission;
  • lead a team of able and committed people involved in mission, ministry development, and parish development;
  • serve on the Bishop’s Leadership Team alongside the senior staff and three other directors/team leaders;
  • bring their own gifts, skills, interests and passions to the role.

Operations Manager at East Northants Community Services

East Northants Community Services (ENCS) is a growing local charity which runs a residential drug and alcohol addiction recovery service, a night shelter and food bank. It currently employs 13 staff, supported by 40 volunteers, and with a budget of £280,000.

Based at the Rushden office.
£25,000 pa. 

The existing Operations Manager will retire at the end of March 2019 and ENCS is inviting applications for a replacement.
