LF2 Reading the New Testament

Living Faith, a programme of study, can help you better understand your faith, and equip you to serve. Open to any Christian who would like to learn more about their faith.

LF2 can either be taken over 6 evening sessions or 2 Saturdays (see below for dates).

The module aims to

  • offer an exploration to the background of the New Testament and its theology, through examination of particular texts
  • offer help in understanding these texts in their historical, sociological and literary context, relating them to contemporary contexts
  • offer an examination of the particular purpose and character of each of the four Gospels with a detailed examination of Matthew, Luke/Acts and John
  • offer an introduction to the writings of Paul

7.30pm - 9.30pm on Thursdays 02, 09, 16, 23, 30 May and 06 June 2019 at 
Bouverie Court, Bedford Road, Northampton NN4 7YD.

Christ the King, Deeble Road, Kettering NN15 7AA. Free parking on site.

Bouverie Court, Bedford Road, Northampton NN4 7YD. Parking is limited so please car share if possible or/and park if need be up at the nearby hotel and walk to Bouverie.
