Multi-Church Leadership

Clergy only please

With 71% of churches in multi-parish benefices (and that number due to rise), the majority of incumbents are grappling with issues related to leadership in such contexts.

This day offers space to reflect and think theologically and practically about the leadership required for grouped churches to become truly missional in attitude and action. With practical tools and ideas, helpful case studies, and a chance to work with others who have struggled with the issues, the day will include some alternatives to constantly spinning plates--or juggling with fire!

Speaker: Pam Macnaughton earths her teaching on multi-parish benefices in her work as an ordained pioneer minister in her local multi-parish benefice of four churches. In her benefice, she concentrates particularly on training up adult, youth and children's leaders, preachers and worship leaders.

Book via bookings email.
