Headteachers' Conference - Leading with Faith, Hope and Love
Leading with Faith, Hope and Love. Mary Hawes, the Church of England's National Children & Youth Adviser will address the theme of 'leading with faith', exploring what it could mean to be the spriritual leader and the faith leader of a church school community or to play a contributory leadership role, facilitating such leadership for a church school community.
Andy Wolfe, Deputy Chief Education Officer for the Church of England will explore the theme of 'leading with hope' and drawing on all the resources provided by the Church of England Foundation for Education Leadership.
Right Reverend Mike Harrision, Bishop of Dunwich, will give a keynote address on 'leading with love' in school leadership. Mike was a management consultant and social worker prior to ordination.
