The Bishop of London’s Faith and Mental Health Lecture
On this anniversary of the first lockdown Bishop Sarah explores themes around mental health in the light of the pandemic. What is the likely fall-out of Covid-19? What has it taught us about vulnerability? Might it precipitate a step-change in addressing issues of stigma and shame and normalising conversations around mental wellbeing? Can we be liberated from the fear of judgment and repercussions in our communities? How do we lower the barriers to honesty if we are all to find a voice when we are struggling with mental health challenges?
Attendees will be able to ask questions via the chairperson on the evening.
You will receive an invitation to the online event and instructions about joining the event closer to the time.
