Understanding Christianity Day 1

The Training Package

Following recommendations from the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring[1] and the Teacher Development Trust[2] that effective training should be intense and sustained, the expectation is that teachers in primary schools will have 12-15 hours of CPD on Understanding Christianity. There will be gaps between encounters when schools will try out the approach, returning to explore further.

Day 1 of the full 3-day training package for RE subject leads new to the Understanding Christianity resource.  It is essential that participants attend all 3 days of this training.
