Leadership 2: Teams & Collaborative Working

TIs are welcome to attend

A day on developing skills to help make the most out of working in teams.

Ministry – and especially taking leadership responsibility in ministry - requires the wise handling of teams. On this day, we’ll be looking at what can help a team to perform well.

Adrian Holdstock and Charlie Nobbs, the Director of Mission will run this event.

Charlie is the Director of Mission for the Diocese, and until recently was the Pioneer and New Initiatives Training Officer, with a brief to help with new parish initiatives and develop training for clergy and lay people to develop their new initiatives.

Adrian served as SSM in a large rural benefice of 13 churches in Leicestershire before coming to Peterborough in 2012. He developed his business “Galilee Coaching and Mentoring Ltd” from 2006 to enable people to make a success of their personal and professional lives. Having gained Diplomas in Life Coaching and Strategic Business Coaching he drew on his previous leadership and management experience in the Royal Air Force and Severn Trent Water to enable small businesses to grow and flourish. He is accredited to use the Belbin Team-Role analysis and has been a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, a Chartered Manager, FCMI and registered Business Consultant, and a Director Consultant with Business Networking International.

Taking place at Bouverie Court NN4 7YD.
