Join the Diocesan Safeguarding Team for an evening of connection, collaboration, and conversation.

Aimed at church leaders who are existing practitioners of discipleship, seeking and encouraging others to become disciples in their own church(es).

This popular course is about raising awareness on mental health and wellbeing. There are four Sessions to the course, spread over two consecutive weeks. Delivered by Revd Kevin Fear, who was a Minister in Secular Employment working in Health & Safety in the construction industry. He is licensed as an Assistant Priest in the parish of Werrington and is qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid England's "Online Mental Health First Aid Course".

A short, practical and engaging training session, plus a chance to meet other local people who have a heart for children and young people.

If you’re fed up with seeing the back of a phone more than your child’s face, feel every conversation you have about tech is a battle, or are concerned about the impact it’s all having, then this event is for you. Designed specifically with parents of 8 – 14-year-olds in mind, it addresses the premise that tech is now an unavoidable part of our children’s lives. Please note this event is aimed at parents and carers and is not suitable for children – it has been created to support and equip mums, dads and carers with the tools they need to help their children navigate the digital world. Join the Diocesan Mission Team to explore some of the "off the peg" enquirers courses (Alpha, Christianity Explored, and Start Course), how to go about organising, inviting and running a course; also the key principles of listening, generous hospitality and faith journeys. This training is an online event.
