The Revd Louise Bishop has been appointed Rural Dean of Higham. She will be commissioned to this role by Bishop Debbie on 8 June 2026.

The Revd Kevin Montgomery has been appointed Rural Dean of Brixworth. He will be commissioned to this role by Bishop Debbie on 8 June 2026.

The Revd Peter Heffron has been appointed Assistant Rural Dean of Greater Northampton. He will be commissioned to this role by Bishop Debbie on 8 June 2026.

The Revd James Mowbray, Priest in Charge of St Mary the Virgin, Kettering, has resigned from this role with effect from 4 June 2026.

The Revd Deborah Marsh, Team Vicar in the Oakham Team, has been appointed Assistant Priest of St John the Evangelist, Hyde Park Crescent in the Diocese of London. She will be licensed to this role on 27 September 2026.

The Revd Saji Dominic, Assistant Curate at Longthorpe, is to transfer his title post to St John the Baptist, Peterborough, to fulfil his training. He will be licensed to his new benefice from 8 June 2026.

The Revd Madeleine Morris, Assistant Curate in the Upper Welland Benefice, is to transfer her title post to Desborough, Brampton, Brampton Ash, Dingley and Braybrooke to fulfil her training. She will be licensed to her new benefice from 21 June 2026.

The Revd Morna Simpson, Vicar of Finedon and IME2 Officer for the Diocese of Peterborough, is to resign as Vicar of Finedon on 30 June 2026. She will continue in her role as IME2 Officer and will be granted Permission to Officiate in the Diocese of Peterborough from that date.
