Join the Diocesan Mission Team to explore some of the "off the peg" enquirers courses (Alpha, Christianity Explored and Start Course), how to go about organising, inviting and running a course; also the key principles of listening, generous hospitality and faith journeys. This training is an online event.

This online event will take place on Teams over two sessions, starting on Thursday, 18 September, 2025 followed by a second session on Thursday, 25 September, 2025, both starting at 6pm.

The 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of Northampton will be marked with a special event in Market Square to round off a week-long series of free activities across the town. Events will take place in Market Square from 11am to 7.30pm, to be followed by a service at All Saints’ Church at 7.30pm featuring guests including the Revd Richard Coles.

This in-person event will take place over two sessions, starting on Monday, 22 September, 2025 followed by a second session on Monday, 29 September, 2025, both starting at 10am. This course will take place at Bouverie Court, 6 The Lakes, Northampton, NN4 7YD.

The Rural Mission and Ministry Course is designed for lay and ordained church leaders across the denominations entering a rural appointment, and those already in rural ministry who feel the need for a ‘refresher’.

Whether you’re a regular Forest Church leader or just interested in exploring worship outside for the first time, join us for a family-friendly, relaxed Outdoor Church Gathering. There will be opportunities to worship together and walk alongside our experienced workshop hosts in small groups.

This training day is led by Leah Peters who is part of the National Team for Prayer Spaces in Schools GB and it will cover all you need to know about how to host your first prayer space in school. The day will be relevant to you whether you’re a teacher, church leader, youth worker, schools and families worker, or church volunteer.
