Reader and LLM training

Training for licensed lay ministry takes place on the Lay Ministry Course (LMC). This is a part-time programme of training over two years for Lay Ministers, three years for Readers. It involves a core foundational module, residential weekends, practical modules for each ministry, and makes use of the Living Faith modules.
