Wellingborough School are looking for a Chaplain to join their dedicated team who will embody the spiritual heart of the School and ensure that the Chapel continues to be a central, inclusive space within their community. The Chapel is, physically, at the heart of the School, and its role in School life must reflect that prominence. Contract type: Part time, Term Time, Fixed Term from January until July 2026
Reporting to: Deputy Head Pastoral
Hours: Monday to Friday, 13.00 to 14:30 – Plus the Chapel Services (Flexibility is required)
Salary: £3,564 per annum (Inclusive of holiday pay) (£18 per hour)
