Foundation Governor Re-Appointment Form

Please note that, prior to re-appointment, the DBE requires all Foundation Governors to have attended at least one session of Diocesan governor training within their four-year term of office. In addition, all Foundation Governors will only be re-appointed on the condition that they attend a "Roles and Responsibilities of an experienced Church School Governor" training course within the first year of re-appointment.
